The Finance Director Opportunity

Pure Executive is delighted to be supporting G’s Fresh in the appointment of a Finance Director, reporting directly to the CFO.

This is a high-impact leadership role, providing both strategic and operational financial direction across the G’s Fresh businesses. The Finance Director will partner closely with the Board, senior leadership team and grower stakeholders to drive sustainable profitability, enhance shareholder value and support the continued growth of a complex, vertically integrated international business.

With responsibility for financial governance, planning and performance, the role combines commercial insight with rigorous control—ensuring transparent reporting, robust decision-making and strong alignment between finance and operations. The successful candidate will also lead and develop the finance function, embedding best practice while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
